Heinrich Klaasen got into a controversy in the Indian Premier League 2026 opener between Royal Challengers Bengaluru and Sunrisers Hyderabad.
Klaasen hit a lofted shot to deep mid-wicket, where Phil Salt took a running catch near the boundary. But replays show he maybe touch the boundary or was very close.
The third umpire Rohan Pandit checked and gave it out, saying there was no clear move in the boundary cushion.
Klaasen was not happy and he talk to the fourth umpire before he walk back to dressing room.

Royal Challengers Bengaluru beat Sunrisers Hyderabad easily in the IPL 2026 opener. They chased 202 runs in just 15.4 overs and won by 6 wickets.
Ishan Kishan scored a quick 80, and Aniket Verma made 43 off 18, but it was still not enough.
In the chase, Virat Kohli played great and made 69 not out. Devdutt Padikkal scored a quick 61 off 26 balls.
Captain Rajat Patidar also made 31 runs and finish the match easy.
RCB start their title defence strongly, while SRH now have many things to fix.
